Lynn Nguyen is responsible for the implementation and strategic marketing of the team’s business. Lynn majored in Business Marketing and minored in Business Communication and Communication and Journalism at the University of St. Thomas where she developed the skills that allows her to successfully promote and facilitate each transaction. From the advertising of a property to the packaging of a contract, her deep passion and extensive experience for technology and marketing trends sets Smitten Real Estate Group apart from the crowd.
Roseann brings over 25 years of real estate experience to our team. She performs a wide range of administrative duties including coordinating paperwork needed for each transaction, handling information requests, reviewing MLS listings and helping with new project developments.
