Ralph Burnet established the Distinctive Homes Division in 1980 as Minnesota’s first real estate marketing endeavor devoted exclusively to the unique needs of luxury home buyers and sellers. Distinctive Homes works in partnership with Previews International, Coldwell Banker’s luxury marketing division founded in 1933.

 

We’re dedicated – We will help you achieve the highest possible sales price by representing your property in the most professional and far-reaching manner. We’ve been providing this level of service for 35 years, since 1980 when our firm became the first in our industry to create a separate division dedicated to marketing upper bracket properties.


We’re marketing oriented – We design specific marketing programs for each property. We use local, national and international newspaper and magazine four-color advertising monthly to reach over 100,000 readers. Luxury Homes listed with Coldwell Banker Burnet gain internet exposure through websites generating more than 10.5 million viewings a month. Many of our advertising vehicles are exclusive to our company.


We’re unique - Our unparalleled team approach to marketing and selling properties yields results. Through our Previews -Distinctive Homes Division, regional coordinators and cooperative groups of sales associates network internally to support each other and the fine properties we represent.


We’re preferred – At all upper bracket price points we enjoy leading market share, but we are extremely proud of the fact that for homes sold in 2014 priced $1,000,000 and above, Coldwell Banker Burnet’s market share was more than our three closest competitors combined.
